What is a Builder ID?
A Builder ID is issued to you upon signing up for our Builder Program.
Your Builder ID is used to associate your customers with you in our Builder
database. You will also use it when you are prospecting for Affiliate Network
customers. They will enter your Builder ID upon signing up.
Are the any up front costs to become a Builder?
No, it's free!
How does the free e-Store offer work?
You will be sent an email after signing up as a Builder giving your instructions
on how to access your e-Store. As long as you signup 1 customer in 90 days, your
e-Store will remain free.
What is the difference between Affiliate and Affiliate Network options?
As an Affiliate, you will set up your customer from within your Builder Dashboard.
This gives you some control over your customer's settings. A customer that comes to us
from the Affiliate Network is one who signs up using your Builder ID, but in many cases
is a person you don't know. For privacy purposes, their confidential information is not
displayed to you when you log in to your Dashboard. You will see basic information
noting that the account exists in our system and the commissions associated with it.
Do I have to choose to become a Reseller, Affiliate or Affiliate Network Member?
No—You just signup once and you're automatically signed up for all three.
Many of our Builders want the flexibility to both resell and receive commissions.
We handle this all with a single interface.
If I am working as a both a Reseller and Affiliate, how do I get paid?
As a reseller, you are responsible for billing your own customers.
We will send you a monthly bill for all Reseller activity.
If you are working as both an Affiliate and Reseller,
we will offset your Reseller charges against your monthly commission as an Affiliate.
